Why Should You Read This?

The Immortal Detective by D.B. Woodling is a gripping tale of murder, mystery, and the supernatural. The story revolves around Celeste Crenshaw, a detective in modern-day Kansas City who becomes immortal after surviving a series of harrowing experiences, including the murder of her parents and a battle with rogue vampires. However, immortality comes with a price, and Celeste soon finds herself torn between her loyalty to the Elders of the Hollow Earth and her desire to use her powers for her own purposes.

The plot is well-constructed, and the pacing is just right, with enough twists and turns to keep the reader engaged throughout.
