Update: 12:58 pm, command reports gas has been shut off and going to start letting people back in their homes.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ (MIDDLESEX)–Due to a gas leak caused by a car striking the gas lines on a building on Cedar Court, police are evacuating homes in that vicinity.
Please avoid the area for the next four hours to allow police, fire, and EMS to address the emergency.
