TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–Around 10:45 pm tonight a person was hit and killed by a train near Bridge Street and Ferry Street. Trenton Emergency Medical Service, Mercer County Paramedics, and Trenton Police are on scene waiting for the medical examiner’s office.
It appeared that the rail line was shut down and the Septa rail line to and from Trenton was reporting delays of 13 minutes to 58 minutes.
No further information is available, emergency crews are still on scene at the time of this report.
