2 Dead, 2 Others Shot Tonight At 2 Diffrent Shootings

31st and 32nd Murders Of 2020, Tonight passes the 31 murders of 2005 and ties 32 Murders of 2014 for 2nd place. Trenton’s worse year on record was 37 murders in 2013.

BREAKING NEWS REPORT ANOTHER UPDATE: Another shooting at 8:15 pm in the 1st block of Girard Avenue. Details to follow. This would be a total of 4 shot tonight in the city. Trauma Alert Called. Update: 9:45 pm we are learning that the person shot on Girard has died, we don’t have official confirmation yet.

BREAKING NEWS REPORT UPDATE: We have confirmation of one person dead and getting a report now that 3 total were shot, 2 were transported to hospital. Once we confirm we will update the story.

TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–Shots rang out tonight around 7:00 pm on North Hermitage Avenue in another round of senseless gun violence in the city.

Mercer County Prosecutors Office has confirmed one dead in tonight’s shooting and another was transported to the Trauma Center at Capital Health Regional Medical Center.

Trenton Police Department, Trenton Fire Department, paramedics from Capital Health and Trenton EMS all responded to the scene. One of the two victims tonight was transported and a “trauma alert” was called.
