CARTERET TOWNSHIP (MIDDLESEX)– Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone announced today that a
Carteret man has been charged with fraudulent voting.
Frederick Gattuso, 43, of Carteret was arrested without incident and
charged with one count of third-degree fraudulent voting.
Gattuso was charged following an investigation by Detective Ryan Tigheof the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, which determined Gattuso votedtwice in November’s General Election as different people with similar names.Gattuso is pending an initial appearance in Superior Court on March 4,
2021.
