TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–The City of Trenton Holiday Celebration was held on Wednesday, December 7, starting at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall and continuing to two other locations.
This year’s celebration included a holiday float procession leading to three festive locations; choir performances; the addition of holiday lights along South Warren Street funded by the Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) program; extended business hours in Downtown Trenton; and the unveiling of restored St. Michael’s statue rescued from a Philadelphia scrapyard.

- Musical performance: TCHS Orchestra and SPROUT U School of the Arts

- Tree lighting ceremony
- Holiday float procession: from City Hall to Angel Island

- Greeting and unveiling of restored St. Michael’s statute: Mayor W. Reed Gusciora
- Refreshments and welcome: Rev. Msgr. Joseph L. Roldán, St. Mary’s Church of the Assumption
- Musical performance: Christmas Carols by Friendship Baptist Church Choir
- Refreshments and book giveaway: St. Michael’s Episcopal Church vestibule
- Holiday float procession: from Angel Island to Downtown
7:00 – Downtown Trenton, S. Warren St. and Front St.
- Greetings and unveiling of new holiday street lighting: Mayor W. Reed Gusciora
- DJ providing Christmas and holiday music
