Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw and Evesham Township Police Chief Walt Miller announced that a former Mount Laurel police officer who was charged in October with hacking into the social media accounts of an Evesham woman and distributing her nude pictures has been charged with victimizing multiple other women in a similar manner.
Ayron Taylor, 22, of Delran, was taken into custody on Wednesday and released this afternoon following a first appearance in Superior Court in Mount Holly. The case will now be prepared for presentation to a grand jury for possible indictment.
Taylor faces 87 new charges that accuse him of illegally accessing the social media and email accounts of 18 additional women and in several instances distributing their nude photos to people on their contact lists. The complaints allege 28 counts of second-degree crimes that include Computer Criminal Activity and Distribution of Child Pornography, which was brought against him because some of the photos he accessed were taken before the victims became legal adults. The remaining 59 counts are third degree charges including Elements of Computer Theft and other cyber-related crimes.
The investigation began in September after the initial victim contacted Evesham Township police to report that her Snapchat and Facebook accounts had been hacked by an unknown person who then sent nude photos she had taken of herself to her Snapchat contacts, messaged them to her Facebook friends, and posted them on her Facebook wall.

Taylor became a full-time officer in Mount Laurel after graduating from the police academy in October 2021. The department suspended him following the initial charges and began measures to terminate his employment. He has since resigned from the force.
RCBC officials have been cooperative with law enforcement throughout the investigation. The college released the following statement from President Dr. Michael A. Cioce:
“This is a repugnant cyber intrusion of privacy against the college and, especially, many of our students. Rowan College at Burlington County immediately strengthened network security upon the first report of the incident. Although there was no systemic failure of the college’s technology infrastructure, there is always opportunity for stronger security measures. The college’s Office of Student Support can provide assistance to victims who are impacted.”
Individuals who have an RCBC email account and suspect that their private photos were shared without authorization are asked to contact investigators at [email protected].
The investigation, which is ongoing, is being conducted by the BCPO High-Tech Crimes Unit and the Evesham Township Police Department, with assistance from the Delran Police Department and the Riverside Police Department. The lead investigator is ETPD Detective Christopher DeFrancesco, who is assigned to the BCPO High-Tech Crimes Unit as a Task Force Officer.
Taylor will be prosecuted by Assistant Prosecutor Joseph Remy, supervisor of the BCPO Insurance Fraud Unit.
All persons are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–Shots rang out around 11:00 a.m. sending Trenton Police, Trenton EMS, Captial Paramedics and Trenton Fire Department to Sanhican Drive by West State Street, in front of Azcona Sanhican Grocery LLC. (The shooting is also across from TFD Engine 9 where the firehouse has been a victim of previous gunfire.). No victim was found at the scene but there were reports that the victim arrived at the Trauma Center at Captial Health Regional Medical Center with a reported shot to the neck.
The scene on Sanhican Drive involved a large police presence and a crime scene investigation by the Trenton Police Shooting Response Team. At Captial Health Medical Center a Jeep SUV with Pennsylvania tags was parked in front of the Trauma Center surrounded by crime scene tape and Trenton Police guarding the scene.
City of Trenton, Public Information Officer, Timothy J. Carroll, told MidJersey.News that a person was in critical condition and in ICU after surgery, this afternoon from a earlier shooting on Sanhican Drive. Additional details will be available at a later time according to Carol.

Today a judge ordered that December 13th the North and South ward races will take place -so vote by mail continues and drop boxes are open for that race. Then, on January 24th, there will be a separate election for the at-large candidates in #trenton. #election

TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–In a New Jersey Superior Court Order directing the City of Trenton to a runoff election for Council Person at Large was released today in a 20-page document (see file below).
Superior Court Judge, Honorable Robert Lougy, A.J.S.C., ordered that a runoff election must be held for the position of Trenton City Councilmember-at large in the upcoming municipal election. Respondents shall conduct a runoff election for the position of Trenton City Councilmember-at large on the same date as the election for the North Ward and South Ward council seats, which shall be held on JANUARY 24, 2023.
The Court has scheduled a conference in this matter for this afternoon December 2, 2022, at 3:30 p.m.

TOMS RIVER, NJ (OCEAN)–Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that on December 1, 2022, Carles Bryant, 36, of Millville, New Jersey, was sentenced by the Honorable Rochelle Gizinski, J.S.C., to 15 years New Jersey State Prison as a result of his previously entered guilty plea to Attempted Murder, in connection with an incident that occurred at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Toms River on March 3, 2021. This sentence will be subject to the terms of the No Early Release Act, meaning that Bryant will be required to serve at least 85 percent of his prison sentence before he may be considered for parole eligibility. Bryant pled guilty before Judge Gizinski on September 1, 2021.
On March 3, 2021, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Officers from the Toms River Township Police Department responded to the Howard Johnson Hotel on Hooper Avenue in reference to a 911 call regarding a physical altercation taking place in the lobby of the hotel involving a male and a female. When responding Officers arrived, they found a female victim – unresponsive with multiple apparent stab wounds to the head, face, and body. The female was transported to a local hospital, where she was treated for her injuries and eventually released. An investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit and Toms River Township Police Department Detective Bureau resulted in Bryant being identified as the assailant responsible for the victim’s injuries.
On March 4, 2021, a warrant was issued for Bryant’s arrest. On March 19, 2021, Bryant was taken into custody in Atlantic City by the United States Marshals Service without incident. He has been lodged in the Ocean County Jail since his apprehension.
Prosecutor Billhimer acknowledges the diligent efforts of Assistant Prosecutor Victoria Veni who handled the case on behalf of the State, as well as the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Victim Witness Advocacy Unit, Toms River Township Police Department Detective Bureau, Toms River Township Police Department, United States Marshals Service, New Jersey State Police, and Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigation Unit, for their collaborative efforts in connection with this investigation, ultimately resulting in Bryant’s apprehension, guilty plea, and lengthy state prison sentence.
