RED BANK, NJ (MONMOUTH)–Members of the Prosecutor’s Office’s Major Crimes Bureau and the Red Bank Police Department are jointly investigating a double shooting that left one person deceased and one person injured on the 100 block of River Street in Red Bank early this morning.
