MidJersey.news reported that an tragic early morning accident involving a horse transport truck ran off the roadway and caught fire killing 10 horses en route from Florida to NY on the NJ Turnpike. A New Jersey State Trooper is lucky to be alive after a dump truck crashed a traffic scene on the NJ Turnpike, hit is police vehicle and a Porsche. The trooper, driver of the dump truck, and the driver of a Porsche all sustained moderate injuries and were transported to an area hospital. There were no other occupants in the three vehicles. The inner roadway was closed for approximately six hours.
