December 6, 2021 UPDATE:
On December 6, 2021, the Hamilton Police Traffic Unit was contacted by the driver ofthe suspect vehicle who stated he wanted to turn himself in for the crash. At approximately9:00am, Calvin Janicsek, 22yoa male from Willingboro, arrived at Hamilton PoliceHeadquarters and turned himself in, stating he was the driver of the vehicle. Probable cause wasestablished and he was subsequently charged with Knowingly Leaving the Scene of anAccident Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and Endangering an Injured Victim.The investigation is still ongoing and any witnesses are asked to contact the HamiltonPolice Traffic Unit at (609)581-4000.Every defendant is presumed innocent until being found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt
in a court of law.
