WEST WINDSOR, NJ (MERCER)–A search is under way in the East Picnic Area of Mercer County Park and surrounding area for a man that went missing that suffers from dementia. Olegas Poplavskis walked away from his camp site earlier today and has not returned. He was last seen wearing red/yellow black striped t-shirt, black jeans, and gray shoes.
