TRENTON (MERCER)– Trenton Fire Department battled a two alarm fire after receiving a 911 call for smoke in the area.
The fire broke out in the 1000 block of Franklin Street around 12:50 am. Firefighters arrived on scene with heavy fire conditions, and called the second alarm for extra assistance in knocking down the blaze.
The bulk of the fire was knocked down around 1:30 am. It is unknown if anyone was injured in the blaze.
This fire remains under investigation.
